4. AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC FIBRE GLASS GRINDING MAHINE
ABSTRACT
The project mates innovate quality and knowledge we have decided to design and fabricate a new machine namely pneumatic glass grinding machine. The economical cost, which was not available in the market.Glass is a hard and brittle material is mainly used for fancy, articles, and laboratory equipments. Its is impossible to parting off (or) drilling glass or grinding glass.Glass grinding is to be over come the above problem. It consist of portable stand with abrasive grinding wheel mounted on the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder , Flate table and adjustment bolt and solenoid valve. It is Simple Compact more efficient. In this machine, glass grinding is done on few Seconds. Hence we are decided to take the above Project.
5. PNEUMATIC INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE
ABSTRACT
The project deals about the pneumatic injection moulding machine. The main principle is to compress the plastic material in a barrel and the compressing motion is developed by pneumatic cylinder arrangement. The plastic material is heated by the heater surrounding the barrel. Then it is converted into molten state. The molten plastic is injected through the nozzle in barrel to the die by the compressing force. After completing this process, we will get the product from the die. Commercial products like bushes, couplings, switches etc., can be produced.
6. PNEUMATIC INTERNAL BORE GRINDING MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC CONTROLS
ABSTRACT
The pneumatic internal boring machine grinding is designed to grind metal by applying pneumatic pressure. The machine is exclusively intended for mass production and they represent the fast and more efficient way to cut a metal. The slow speed operation is occurs in a grinding operation. This machine is a multipurpose machine. Grinding wheels are used to grind thin cylinder and pipes . The grinding shaft is used to grinding operation.. The operation of the unit is simplified to a few simple operations involving a cylinder block and piston arrangement. There are numerous types of cutting machines in Engineering field, which are used to fulfill the requirements. We are interested to introduce pneumatic system in especially in cylinder bore grinding operation.
7. NOISE CONTROL OF TWO STROKE PETROL ENGINE USING AQUA SILENCER
ABSTRACT
Air pollution is most important from the public health point of view, because every individual person breathes approximately 22000 times a day, inhaling about 15 to 22 Kg of air daily. Polluted air causes physical ill effect decides undesirable aesthetic and physiological effects. Air pollution can be defined as addition to our atmosphere of any material, which will have a deterious effect on life upon our planet. The main pollutants contribute by automobiles are carbon monoxide (CO), unburned hydrocarbon (UBHC), oxides of nitrogen (Nox) and Lead. Automobiles are not the only source of air pollution, other sources such as electric power generating stations, industrial and domestic fuel consumption, refuse burning, industrial processing etc. also contribute heavily to contamination of our environment so it is imperative that serious attempts should be made to conserve earthâ„¢s environment from degradation. An aqua silencer is an attempt in this direction, it is mainly dealing with control of emission and noise. An aqua silencer is fitted to the exhaust pipe of engine. Sound produced under water is less hearable than it produced in atmosphere. This mainly because of small sprockets in water molecules, which lowers its amplitude thus, lowers the sound level. Because of this property water is used in this silencer and hence its name AQUA SILENCER. The noise and smoke level is considerable less then the conventional silencer, it is cheaper, no need of catalytic converter and easy to install.
8. AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC RECIPROCATING WATER PUMPING SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
The aim of the project is pneumatic operated water pumping system. Pneumatic Water pumping system are reciprocating pump in which the piston is provided for the pumping action. The piston is reciprocated with the help of a pneumatic cylinder and solenoid valve.There are two cylinders are used in this project, one for pneumatic cylinder and another one for steel cylinder. The output quantity of the water is varied by the timing control unit.
9. COMPRESSED AIR CAR
ABSTRACT
There are so many vehicles that came to influence in the existing world. Their operating systems are based on usual fossil fuel system. At the present sense the fossil fuel can exceed only for a certain period after that we have to go for a change to other methods. Thus we have made an attempt to design and fabricate an ultimate system (AIR CAR ) which would produce cheaper & effective result than the existing system. This will be very useful to the future needs of the world.An attempt is made in the fabrication of a air powered System for a (CAR). This works on compressed air receiving the storage tank . The pneumatic cylinder and the various parts are such as pneumatic hose , wheel assembly, car model ,air tank and with easily available materials to serve and fulfill the purpose of the project.
10. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF UTILIZATION OF HYDROGEN (THROUGH ELECTROLYSIS OF WATER) ALONG WITH DIESEL IN A DIESEL ENGINE
ABSTRACT
The project aims at substituting diesel with hydrogen in a diesel engine .In the current energy scenario the substitution of diesel with some alternate fuel is one of important needs of the day. Main aim is to produce hydrogen from water; the process of electrolysis is selected for this purpose. Water is cheap and plentilly available and thereby the project aims in producing hydrogen from electrolysis and utilizing it in substituting diesel with hydrogen(partially) in diesel engine.Production of hydrogen from a electrolytic cell with various types of Electrodes are tested by trial and error and found that production of hydrogen produced from aluminum electrodes was found to be more volumetrically and also advantageous in many ways.The gas produced in the cathode was confirmed as hydrogen and combustible. It is mixed with diesel in the inlet manifold of the engine. Comparative load tests done with pure hydrogen and diesel and hydrogen in dual mode. Readings are taken for fuel consumption with respect to time at various loads. Graphs are plotted to depict comparative analysis.Project aims in developing a new era of alternative fuels and aims in developing new such methods in near future in the field of energy development. The main aim of selecting a boat engine to do the load test is to implement this technology to help the economically weaker section. Our technology has to somehow help the poorest of the poor.
11. EFFICIENCY INCREASING SYSTEM BY USING PREHEATING METHOD
ABSTRACT
The concept of increasing the fuel efficiency of a petrol engine in this project, is to pre-heat the intake air which is flowing through the carburetor. The humidity in the atmospheric air affects the petrol vapourisation in the carburettor. Therefore, by pre-heating the inlet air to the carburettor for a considerable amount, the vapourisation can be ease and in turn complete combustion is achieved. Moreover by reducing the water vapour to the engine, the steam formation in the engine can be reduced pitting of the engine cylinder, piston and exhaust pipe. The pre-heating of inlet air to the engine can be achieved by fixing a heat exchanger inside the exhaust pipe. The atmospheric air is sucked through the heat exchanger to the carburettor. The air which is flowing though the heat exchanger gets heated by the engine exhaust gas. This reduces the water vapour in the inlet air and the temperature of the air is raised. The temperature raise causes complete combustion in the engine and it is also more suitable for warming up the engine in cold conditions.
12. ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATION USING SPEED BREAKER
ABSTRACT
In this project we are generating electrical power as non-conventional method by simply running on the train in the railway track. Non-conventional energy system is very essential at this time to our nation. Non-conventional energy using speed breaker needs no fuel input power to generate the output of the electrical power. This project using simple drive mechanism such as rock and pinion assemble and chain drive mechanism.For this project the conversion of the force energy in to electrical energy. The control mechanism carries the rack & pinion, D.C generator, led light control. We have discussed the various applications and further extension also. So this project is implemented to all speed breaker, the power generation is very high. The initial cost of this arrangement is high.
13. ELECTRICAL STEERING SYSTEM IN AUTOMOBILE
ABSTRACT
As for Indian road transport scenario is concerned, accidents are becoming a day to day cause an attempt has been made in this project to reduce such mishaps. In our project of “ELECTRICAL STEERING CONTROL MECHANISM” having the following operation occurs automatically in the vehicle. They are,
- C motor turns the wheel left side when the steering rotates in the left side direction.
- C motor turns the wheel right side when the steering rotates in the right side direction.

16. WATER FUEL ENGINE

A hydrogen vehicle is an alternative fuel vehicle that uses hydrogen as its onboard fuel for motive power. The term may refer to a personal transportation vehicle, such as an automobile, or any other vehicle that uses hydrogen in a similar fashion, such as an aircraft. The power plants of such vehicles convert the chemical energy of hydrogen to mechanical energy either by burning hydrogen in an internal combustion engine, or by reacting hydrogen with oxygen in a fuel cell to run electric motors. Widespread use of hydrogen for fueling transportation is a key element of a proposed hydrogen economy.Hydrogen fuel does not occur naturally on Earth and thus is not an energy source, but is an energy carrier. Currently it is most frequently made from methane or other fossil fuels. However, it can be produced from a wide range of sources (such as wind, solar, or nuclear) that are intermittent, too diffuse or too cumbersome to directly propel vehicles. Integrated wind-to-hydrogen plants, using electrolysis of water, are exploring technologies to deliver costs low enough, and quantities great enough, to compete with traditional energy sources.
17. FABRICATION OF AIR OPERATED MATERIAL HANDLINSYSTEM

The technology of pneumatics has gained tremendous importance in the field of workplace rationalization and automation from old-fashioned timber works and coal mines to modern machine shops and space robots. Certain characteristics of compressed air have made this medium quite suitable for used in modern manufacturing and production industries. It is therefore important that technicians and engineers should have a good knowledge of pneumatic system, air operated valves and accessories. A pneumatic system consists of a compressor plant, pipe lines, control valves, drive members and related auxiliary appliances. The air is compressed in an air compressor and from the compressor plant the flow medium is transmitted to the pneumatic cylinder through a well laid pipe line system. To maintain optimum efficiency of pneumatic system, it is of vital importance that pressure drop between generation and consumption of compressed air is kept very low. Pneumatic material handling system is used to move the components from one place to another with a maximum weight of 3.5 kg. It is used in the following places:

- Foundry, etc.
18. FABRICATION OF TAPER ANGLE PIPE CUTTING MACHINE
ABSTRACT
The Machine we designed and fabricated is used for cutting any shape of object like straight cutting for pipes . In our project the work holding vice is a special type of vice such that the fixed jaw can be adjusted to an that the fixed jaw can be adjusted to an angle of 0 to 40 and can be fixed in any manner likely the movable jaw can also be swiveled 0 to 45 automatically. Hence our project namely pipe cutting Machine is a Special type of Machine. According to the type of material to be cut, the grinding (abrasive)wheel can be changed. This project gives details of Cutting various shapes and sizes of components. This machine can be widely applied in almost all type of industries.This machine was automatically operated pneumatic system.
19. FABRICATION OF DUAL FUEL ENGINE
ABSTRACT
Our project is mainly deals with increasing the running speed of two-stroke petrol engine using L.P.G. (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). This attachment may be used to any type of two-stroke engine vehicle.Incase of two-stroke engine, the combustion of fuel is petrol, which gives maximum speed rate of 60 KMPH at cost of Rs. 67/- per litre approximately. But in L.P.G. fired engine, gives more than 60 KMPH at very low cost. That is the cost of 1 kg of L.P. Gas is Rs. 25/-. It will give 100 KMPH approximately.Now we have to compare two types of fuel. The L.P.G is most suitable for two-stroke engine vehicle economically. This project is very useful in our daily life. The pollution control, which is essential for our day-to-day life.
20. FABRICATION OF DUAL SIDE WATER PUMPING SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
The aim of the project is fabrication of dual side water pump. dual side water pump are reciprocating pump in which the plunger is provided for the pumping action. The plunger is reciprocated with the help of a cam plate . By this action the water is pumped to very high pressure. This can be utilized for various applications. The cam plate gets the drive from the motor. Thus the operation is done.
21. FABRICATION OF PEDAL POWER HACKSAW WITH DUAL CHAIN DRIVE MECHANISMS

Applying the manual force developed by the human activity through leg or Hand is converted into mechanical energy to get the output of cutting energy through hacksaw blade . Pedal operated hacksaw machine is an Innovative project which can be used in all residences, offices in which no specific input power is needed. It consists of a sprocket arrangement and the crank and slider mechanism has used, the extended rod is directly connected to the hacksaw for the processing of cutting the wooden blocks.The main approach of this concept is used to reduce the human effort to machining the various materials such as wooden blocks, steel, PVC etc…,

23. HYDRAULIC BREAK SYSTEM WITH BREAK FAILURE INDICATOR
ABSTRACT
All most all the vehicles are facing out the problem so called as brake failure, how to rectify? What to do to prevent this brake failure which results in more number of accidents. To overcome this problem, we find a solution called brake failure indicator in order to rectify the problem. The aim is to design and develop a control system based an electronically controlled automatic break failure indicator by using IR Sensor is called “HYDRAULIC BREAK SYSTEM WITH BREAK FAILURE INDICATOR”.

In order to compensate the fluctuating fuel cost and reducing the pollution a good remedy is needed i.e. our transporting system. Due to ignition of the hydrocarbon fuels, in the vehicle, some time difficulties such as wear and tear may be high and more attention is needed for proper maintenance. Our vehicle is easy to handle and less fuel cost to the other existing vehicles.. Thus we have made an attempt to design and fabricate an ultimate system (small 20CC petrol engine ) which would produce effective result than the existing system. This will be very useful to the future needs of the world. In By the end of 2020, fuel.The progress of automobiles for transportation has been intimately associated with the progress of civilization. The automobile of today is the result of the accumulation of many years of pioneering research and development. In the modern trend automobiles have certain disadvantages soon as fuel cost relative to mileage, pollution and less efficiency.

31. OVER SPEED INDICATION AND BREAKING SYSTEM

32. ROTATING GATE USING POWER PRODUCTION

Power production is one of the major roles of all over country. The power production may be done by thermal power plant, hydel plant, wind mill, geothermal etc. In our project rotating gate through power production. The main parts are rotating gate, belt derive, pulley, dynamo, battery. Whenever rotating the gate, the power transmitting from rotating gate pulley to dynamo shafts pulley. The rotational energy is converted to electrical energy by dynamo.

34. SOLAR AGRICULTURAL PUMPING SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Energy plays an important role in the material, social and cultural life of man kind. The energy needs are increasing day by day. This is the result of population growth and increase in the standard of living which is directly proportional to energy consumption.The lifting of water for drinking or irrigation purposes is of great importance in widely distributed villages with little or no rural electrification and where under ground water is available. Solar energy is converted to mechanical energy to drive small water pumps it would be of great help to the rural inhibitions.In our project we use solar photo voltaic cells for pumping water. The photo voltaic modules convert sunlight direct to electricity which is used to run a dc motor pump for bailing of water. It consists of solar photo voltaic modules, power conditioner to protect storage batteries from over charging during non-sun shine and a dc water pump.
35. SOLAR CYCLE
ABSTRACT
There are so many vehicles that came to influence in the existing world. Their operating systems are based on usual fossil fuel system. At the present sense the fossil fuel can exceed only for a certain period after that we have to go for a change to other methods. Thus we have made an attempt to design and fabricate an ultimate system (Solar Cycle) which would produce cheaper & effective result than the existing system. This will be very useful to the future needs of the world.An attempt is made in the fabrication of a solar powered System for a two-wheeler (Cycle). This works on electric power distributed by the DC electric motor receiving the current from a battery. The motor and the various parts are such as sprocket, chain assembly, cycle and with easily available materials to serve and fulfill the purpose of the project. Battery is charged by using solar panel. The drive system of the normal Cycle is not altered. This system is two in one system. The cycle is operated ether by

Thus we have made an attempt to design and fabricate an ultimate system (Solar Hybrid Car) which would produce effective result than the existing system. This will be very useful to the future needs of the world. In By the end of 2020, fuel deposit in the world completely depleted. To avoid this type of problems we need other type of energy sources like non-conventional energy sources.The progress of automobiles for transportation has been intimately associated with the progress of civilization. The automobile of today is the result of the accumulation of many years of pioneering research and development. In the modern trend automobiles have certain disadvantages soon as fuel cost relative to mileage, pollution and less efficiency.

Then our “SOLAR HYBRID CAR” is an aspect. The goal of this project was to implement the most efficient and less polluting vehicle. In our project the solar hybrid car combines the internal combustion engine of a conventional vehicle with the battery and electric motor of an electric vehicle, resulting in twice the fuel economy of conventional vehicle.

39. SOLAR WATER HEATER WITH NATURAL SUN HEAT
ABSTRACT
There are four primary sources of energy viz. petroleum, natural gas and natural liquids, coal and wood. Excepting wood, all the common sources have finite supplies. The lift-time is estimated to range from 15 years for natural gas to nearly 300 year for coal. Therefore, as these non-renewable sources are consumed, the mankind must turn its attention to longer-term, permanent type for energy sources. The two most significant such sources are nuclear and solar energy. Nuclear energy requires advanced technology and costly means for its safe and reliable utilization and may have undesirable side effects. Solar energy, on the other hand, shows promise of becoming a dependable energy sources without new requirements of a highly technical and specialized nature for its wide spread utilization. In addition, there appear to be no significant polluting effects from its use. But solar energy is very large life in exhaustible source of energy. The power from the sun intercepted by the earth is approximately 1.8 x 10¹¹ MW, which is many thousands of items larger than the percent consumption rate on the earth of all commercial energy sources. We can be also sized to fit the demand more accurately. Although healing systems deal with extreme loads only a few days of the year, they will have to be large enough to meet those extremes.

42.WATER COOLER CUM HEATER
ABSTRACT
In any Refrigeration system heat energy is lost to the surroundings and it goes as a waste. The work deals with the utilization of the out coming heat energy is to produce hot water in the water cooler. There by we are utilizing the heat lost and also reducing the heat in the condenser to get maximized cold water. The circuit used in this work is same as that of the available water cooler. This concept of utilizing the heat energy evolved to the surrounding can be applied in any refrigeration systems.
43.WATER PUMPING USING VERTICAL AXIS WINDMILL SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT), composed of a fixed stator and a moving rotor, enables it to be totally independent from the wind direction changes. Indeed, the fixed wings of the stator and the moving blades of the rotor are distributed in a symmetrical way around the vertical shaft of the machine, thus supporting no privileged operating direction. The result is an optimal working whatever the wind direction, which is particularly useful with sea shore winds, that are characterized by frequent direction changes.
In agricultural field, water pumping is a main event. The conventional pumps use electricity (or) diesel engine which may cost more in operations and maintenance and also face the unavailability of the fuel (or) electricity sometimes. The conventional energy source are depleting day by day. Moreover the pollution hazard arising out of fossil fuel burning has become quite significant in recent years. The depletion and demand makes the fuel cost even higher.With the consideration of above problems, an attempt has been made to use wind energy as the source of power for running the pump unit. Here the A.C motor and diesel engine are replaced by the D.C motor to rotate the pump shaft. By this design the problem of atmospheric pollution is eliminated and even the noise arises out of running the diesel engine is considerably reduced. Moreover the system makes the user more comfortable and easy to use
